Joy Foster

Joyhas always had a passion for design.  As a child, while her three older sisters were playing with dolls, Joy was designing their new dollhouse!  

While design had always been at heart, life happens, and it wasn’t until 1992 that Joy had her first opportunity to indulge her talent - designing her family’s home in The Woodlands.  The builder was so impressed, he encouraged her to take drafting classes so she could help him with freelance work and overflow projects.  By 1999 she had built a community of happy clients who couldn’t wait to refer Joy to their friends and family.  She has been designing full time ever since.  

Whether a 3000sf custom home or a 300sf garage, Joy has the unique ability to maximize a space’s potential, optimizing flow and utility while capturing the authentic style of her clients.  Every detail is meticulously designed to meld function and style.   

Joy’s not all business though!  In her free time, you can find Joy outdoors with her husband Bob and sweet dog Bella - skiing, hiking, swimming, biking, or boating…whichever the finicky Maine weather allows!
